At the ribbon cutting were GPT Executive Director Clay Williams, GPT Airport Authority Commissioners Dave Dennis and Clark Griffith, Mississippi Southern District Transportation Commissioner Tom King and MDOT Aeronautics Director Tommy Booth.

Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport cut the ribbon on its second set of newly-constructed T-Hangars October 16.

The $790,000 project was made possible through a partnership between the airport and the Mississippi Department of Transportation.

Built in the new general aviation taxi lane area, bays vary in square footage from 1,120 square feet up to 1,560 square feet and are suitable for single or multi-engine aircraft, including experimental or home-built aircraft.
