MAA Annual Conference Draws Near
The MAA Annual Conference is just around the corner, and you won’t want to miss it!
The conference will take place May 15-17 at the Natchez Convention Center in Natchez, MS.
This year’s agenda features a strong lineup of speakers on topics at the forefront of concern for airport directors and managers. Among the speakers are Shelly Simi, President & CEO of the National Association of State Aviation Officials; Dr. Sharon Sarmiento, Principal at Unison Consulting, Inc.; FAA Southern Region Administrator Michael O’Harra and more. Topics range from drones and aviation activity forecasting to ethics and legislative issues. We will hear reports from MDOT, FAA and TSA. Award-winning Mississippi sportswriter Rick Cleveland will be the featured Thursday luncheon speaker.
There will be many opportunities for networking with airport directors, individuals in airport-related industries and aviation officials. These include the Airport Directors Roundtable as well as more casual settings like the pre-conference golf and shooting events, the opening night reception and the Thursday evening party.
A conference of this quality would not be possible without our sponsors, and we are grateful for their support.
The early conference registration deadline is April 15, and the deadline for the conference hotel rates is April 15 as well.
