Jackson, Miss.– The Mississippi Airports Association elected new officers and board members at its 2025 annual conference in Hattiesburg.

Officers are President Clay Williams, Executive Director of Gulfport Biloxi International Airport; Vice President Matt Dowell, Executive Director of Golden Triangle Regional Airport; Secretary Rosa Beckett, CEO of Jackson Municipal Airport Authority; Treasurer Austin Jenkins, Director of Stennis International Airport and Past President Wes Kirkpatrick, Director of Monroe County Airport.

The Mississippi Airports Association is pleased to welcome two new members to the board. Tom Henderson of Neel-Schaffer, Inc. was elected last week, and Donna Sowers was appointed at the May board meeting to fill an unexpired term. Sowers is the Director of the Roscoe Tanner Airport in Corinth.

Re-elected or continuing board members include Tommy Booth of Michael Baker International; Mike Forster of the Louisville-Winston County Airport; Levell Hawkins, Director of the Greenville Mid-Delta Airport; Clint Johnson, Director of the Cleveland Municipal Airport and Tom Williams, Executive Director of the Merdian Regional Airport.

The Mississippi Airports Association is looking forward to a year of significant accomplishments with this leadership and appreciates their commitment to serve, furthering aviation interests in our state.
