The nursing room offers comfortable seating, counter space and access to a sink.
In December, Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport opened a new amenity to passengers in time for the busy holiday travel season. Its new Nursing Room provides mothers with a private, quiet and clean area to feed their infants.
The room is located post security checkpoint on the airport’s second floor. It is stocked with comfortable chairs, plenty of counter space and outlets, as well as access to a sink. There is also a FIDS monitor so that those using the nursing room can monitor their flights.
