MAA Capitol Day

Please make plans to attend the Mississippi Airports Association (MAA) Capitol Day in Jackson on February 1, 2024. MAA will be hosting a booth and display on behalf of the organization.

Capitol Day provides Mississippi Airports Association members from regions throughout the state an opportunity to network with legislators and to further educate as to the importance of the Mississippi Department of Transportation’s Multi-Modal Transportation Improvement Fund. With the creation of the new Strategic Multi-Modal Fund, this forum will also offer airports an opportunity to continue to advocate that airports should receive at least a third of the funding being made available under this program. In addition, attendees will be able to share the mission of MAA and the benefits that airports have on our state’s economy.
